We wish there were more than 5 stars to give Joe at O'Koren Electrical! Old Colony Habitat for Humanity was fortunate to partner with O'Koren Electrical during our Franklin build. Joe's generous donation of both materials and labor made a tremendous impact and he truly went above and beyond. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he is just such a good human. His professionalism, quality of work, and commitment to energy efficiency reflect the kind of partnerships that help us build safe, affordable homes for families in need. Joe O’Koren came out in the blizzard to fix my generator it was pricey but I have no idea on prices and what is normal… hey it was the middle of a blizzard and he had to shovel alot! Lucky to have him, Kudos to Joe We had just been talking a few days before about maintaining the Generac and were planning a visit when boom it tripped a fault during the blizzard Highly recommend O’Koren

Needed generator looked at for a house my mother-in-law bought. I knew nothing about generators and if it even worked. Joe was personable, knowledgeable and patient explaining everything and answering all my questions. He had the generator serviced and rewired all in the same day. My husband and I feel much more at ease knowing our 89 year old mom will have heat and electricity next time power goes out. Thank you Joe and I highly recommend O’Koren electrical!

Absolutely incredible service!! Joe came by at the height of a massive snowstorm to repair the generator as well as tripped breakers. Amazing dedication to his customers! Would recommend O'Koren Electrical to anyone!
