Sally is great! She even came out and measured herself! I wasn’t quite ready to order and she did not pressure me at all. When I am ready I will definitely give Sally’s Alley a call.😊 Well, I did order and Tyler Murphy and his intern came out today to install our slider auto blind. He and his partner were awesome! Knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I can’t say enough about what a great job they did installing. I will continue to use Sally’s Allenby Blinds and Designs! Thanks guys😊

Sally's Alley has incredible customer service! I had 4 Hunter Douglas window blinds (all different sizes) and a blind for my slider installed. The owners came to measure. The blinds were put in meticulously. I love them and have had no issues. I highly recommend Sally's Ally. ♡

Talk about customer service, you'll find it still exists at Sally's Alley in Franklin! They are worth every penny! Great products, Great installation. Great follow thru in all respects. Congratulation to you for picking Sally and Jack to be on your team in your home!

Excellent service, from the assistance I received in choosing fabrics and trim, ordering and installation. Once, I had an issue with a broken Hunter Douglas small pully part and I told Sally the company told me I would have to replace the whole rod. She said no worries we will find part inhouse which saved me quite a bit of money. I recommend Sally’s Alley especially those who want just the right window treatments, but maybe you are not talented in putting it all together.
