Arctic Blast Refrigeration

Technician visited home in February to repair washing machine—claims wrong part was sent to repair after waiting 2 weeks—and then never heard back from the company and have follow up just the past 2 weeks 4 separate times. No returned call from messages. Had no problem taking initial payment, but then did not deliver on service. Still trying to get resolved in June.

I can't give a favorable review. Our furnace broke on Friday and our home warranty company selected Arctic Blast. Even though their limited website says they do emergency repairs - they never answered my calls or messages until after 9 am on Monday. I had to take the day off of work, assuming they would actually respond to my emergency and come out. They called and scheduled an appointment time between 12 and 3 pm. At 2:58 pm they called back and said they were having vehicle issues and could not make it out. This is now 3 days without heat and it is December 17. It is absolutely ridiculous that they didn't call me sooner, or my home warranty company to have someone else come out! POOR.

My refrigerator ice maker stopped making ice. Willie came out from ABR and not only solved/repaired the problem, he showed me an issue that I had with another refrigerator we have in the residence. He was friendly and professional. He gave time lines and he met them. Outstanding job ABR!

My dryer needs a part to complete the repair It’s been a month and still no service or call back I’ve called three times a day for the pass three weeks. No one is answering

Arctic did a great on my dishwasher, the two men where very helpfull and knowlegable. I would use them again
