Both Alan and Ryan were great! Arctic chill gave me a good price on purchasing and installing a mini split system. They were quick and efficient while still taking the time to explain the setup and how the system works. Will definitely use Arctic chill for any future HVAC issues.

Alan showed up same day called, very professional and extremely courteous. He went right to work, figured out what was going on with my unit and did a temporary fix (but fixed) and ordered me a new thermostat. Ryan came two days later and installed new thermostat. Thanks guys

I am writing a review for my wife: wife and children returned home from a trip to our AC not working while I am out of town. I called around to multiple places, no fault of their own, they had no techs available. I messaged Arctic and within 15 mins, Alan Hickox messaged me back. He disclosed that there was no techs available but wanted to come over to check the issue because he did not want my family to be without AC, even if could not fix the issue he wanted to give my family a peace of mind for at least a way forward. He arrived, identified and fixed the issue. We have lived in Jesup just over three years and hands down one of the best services we received in town. The diligence to show he cared and empathy of my family, top notch for sure.
