Disappointed with East Coast Pools — A Frustrating Experience Despite Initial Positives Up until the last few interactions, I had mostly positive things to say about East Coast Pools. Everyone I initially interacted with was respectful and kind, and I made a point to compliment their professionalism and even passed that feedback along to their supervisor. That’s what makes writing this review difficult—I delayed posting because I had mixed feelings. While they were friendly and did a decent job at times, the service became increasingly inconsistent, and communication started to break down. I’m not surprised that I received a reply within an hour of posting a Google review—though I find it ironic that it took public feedback to warrant that level of urgency. When I had tried to engage directly through multiple phone calls, messages, and patient follow-ups, I received silence in return. That alone is disappointing. Regarding the Polaris, I noted its condition in May when family visited. It was not connected and the timer was not set, and I reported that issue. I understand it isn’t essential to keeping the pool swim-ready, but your team’s inconsistent follow-through meant that other more pressing needs—like algae buildup from chemical treatments—were also not being addressed between biweek

We have been with East Coast pools now for 5 years and have had excellent service! Mr Jimmy has always been so sweet and very helpful. Tara has recently come on board a few years later and has been phenomenal with pool care and getting it done! Blessed to have a company that cares and doesn't try to take advantage of a dollar. Keep up the great work!

East Coast Pools provided cleaning services to my pool while I was overseas, and did an outstanding job!!! Unfortunately, because of Hurricane Debbie, I had to get a new liner. Because of the awesome job they did on my cleaning, I used them to install my lines. The liner was ordered and installed very quickly. The new liner was very reasonable and looks awesome!!! I'd recommended East Coast Pools to my friends as well!!

Our pool was green from algae from a recent hurricane. We called and were referred. Service was great, quick, easy, and reliable. Thank you!
