Arctic Fox Heating came as a referral. When I say I have not one complaint. Luis the owner came out to our home first. On time and very professional. He gave us a price and stated what needed to be done. We needed a brand new heater replaced. With in 2 days he called with a date and time. Two workers came today on time and completed the job. They were also very professional. Showed us what they did and explained everything. Thank you so much. Great job!

My boiler was not turning on a cold morning. Luis came out that same day to assess what was happening and he was able to get the boiler running again and explained what was going on. He came back out to give it a thorough cleaning and was honest from beginning to end about my whole situation. I also wanted to get a mini split installed so he assessed my house and walked me through some options. Jason came out with another crew member and beautifully installed the mini split. I’m overall happy with the customer service, education, and overall professionalism from everyone involved. I have officially found my HVAC needs team for as long as I’m living in the area.

I had a great experience with Arctic Fox. When a prior company was only devoting an hour here and there to repairing a new HVAC install, Arctic gave me a quick quote, immediately schedule services and said they would devote the entire day to my project. It did not take the entire day and they had my heating and air conditioning working. I am very thankful.
