I am delighted with the AC installation performed by Artic Heat LLC. Sergey and his team are very professional and responsive. I recommend their services. I called Sergey and got my AC installed and working in a few days. Sergey was able to give me an estimate the next day. I am surprised at how the competition takes three weeks to schedule an appointment to get an estimate and then, if lucky, wait for another month for the installation. They are very helpful. They called me at 9 pm, and they helped me over the phone to troubleshoot it for free without any obligation. Contacted arctic about heat in our great room problems, after assessment we decided on a mini split unit, installation was seamless and the unit now heating our great room efficiency! So much so that I don't even run our existing 5 ton unit anymore and i am in a new home. Obviously the builder cheaped out as there should have been 2 units initially but im sure they cut corners to save money. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend
