We contacted Joseph and Heritage NW Fence through a mutual business acquaintance. We were shoring up an old wood yard fence, with a few new panels and new metal framed wood gates. Joseph's work was impeccable. He was timely and strictly honored his bid. We had a change order and Joseph was fair and clear on pricing. I very much appreciated his timeliness and high quality work product.

We were looking to get a hog panel fence put around our front yard so our dogs could safely hang out with us out there. We had a few companies come out to give us estimates and ultimately ended up going with Heritage NW because Joseph was on time for the quote, he responded very quickly to emails, and the price was more than fair. The Heritage crew was very professional and offered a fair price for their work. For the initial appointment, Joseph gave a more thorough breakdown of their process than anyone else that had come to give quotes for the project. During the project, he followed up with myself and my neighbors, and was very accommodating with all questions and concerns we had, going above and beyond to address all.
