Arctic Heating & Cooling

Arctic installed my heating and cooling systems three years ago, and everything has been working great since. They are honest and fair. Although this review is bit overdue, I wanted to share my appreciation for their excellent service. The team was professional and thorough, and went above and beyond. For ex, when installing my outside cooling unit, they removed a large shrub and hauled it away at no extra cost. Last year, I had a question about my thermostat, and Chris quickly helped me resolve the issue over the phone—so thankful for great customer service. I highly recommend and would use them again without hesitation.

Chris has been our HVAC hero for over 20 years. He is honest, dedicated, timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. He is also very easy to get along with. A few weeks ago, we returned home from vacation to a house with an indoor temperature of 39F. Chris was at our home within an hour. The blower motor died while we were away. Chris replaced the motor and right-sized the capacitor. We had heat within several hours of calling Chris. I don’t know what we’d do without him. When we replace our furnace, we’ll call Chris.

Another great find with Arctic Heating & Cooling. I called up after the recent cold patch we just had due to our system not being able to keep the temps up in the house. Chris called me back within 10 minutes and set a date to come take a look at the whole system. Chris was able to come a day earlier then originally planned which was great because I was home. He was at my house in 15 minutes and took a look at our whole system. What I was worried was going to be a major problem, turned out to be improper installation of our air handler and an incorrect thermostat for our system. Chris explained the whole issue to me along with other useful info to know about our current setup. He was professional, knowledgeable and pricing was more than fair. I can’t thank Chris enough! We had issues with our thermostat and he came out and replaced it as well as our air filter! He was so knowledgeable and nice and just made sure we were comfortable using the thermostat before he left. I would use him again in an instant!!

Chris is the best!! We called him in a panic when our heat wasn’t kicking on. He came very quickly to check out what was wrong. We ended up needing a new control board. Chris called our hvac manufacturer and the part was under warranty! Chris ordered and installed it so fast. All around great service. Highly recommend!
