Excellent experience - quick response, experts, friendly, and reasonably priced. Had a hot water leak at home, unfortunately in the middle of a night and when me and my wife were traveling internationally. After talking to couple of service providers, decided to work with Blue Boxer primarily for their sense of urgency and friendliness. Knowing that we were away and there is an elderly person at home without hot water in the middle of a peak winter, Blue Boxer even agreed to wait for the payment until I returned. They worked with my son to replace the heater promptly. The workmanship was great. Reasonable price was just an icing on the cake! My wife and I used Blue Boxer plumbing for a drain clog we were having. I called them and Chuck was here in about 1hr. We recently had an issue with an up-flush toilet system that was installed when we converted our attic into a bedroom and bathroom about two and a half years ago. The original contractor told us we were getting a premium Saniflo system. Unfortunately, we later discovered it was a cheaper knockoff brand with a very limited warranty. It failed far sooner than expected, and when it did, things went downhill quickly. I called three or four plumbing companies in our area and received nothing but voicemail.
