We have been a Toshiba client for well over a year and have no regrets with our decision to purchase our copier. The Toshiba account rep Bill Kendall, called on us and we scheduled a time to meet. He was authentic and had a genuine concern for our church. He reviewed our existing vendor’s contracts/invoices at the time and revealed areas of concern and where we were being overcharged. He recommended a similar model to what we had and was able to save us money by upgrading. Bill routinely follows up with us to review our program and answer any questions we may have. He is extremely accessible and responsive.
