The after purchase communication is very poor. I ordered an item on October 27, 2025 and I was told by the sales person that delivery would be in about 5 weeks. According to the order receipt the item would be shipped from the manufacturer on December 9. The sales person told me they would call me when the item was in transit. They did not. I called and was told it would be delivered next week. I was called on December 16 and arranged for delivery on December 18. The sales person told me that I would receive a text message in the morning with a delivery window. I did not. I called and the sales person told me he would contact the delivery driver and get back to me. It is now over 3 hours and I have not received any response.

We spent five hours over the course of two days, picking out, plumbing fixtures, sinks toilets, and tubs for our new home that we are building. Never received any follow up or pricing as promised. We reached out multiple times to our sales person and never got any type of response. Stay away Unless you want to waste time. Many better options in the state, including New England supply in Cranston, where we ended up going after being completely ignored at ardente.

So slow. Doesn't matter if you place a order ahead of time plan to wait. Multiple employees talking amongst themselves while customers wait. Not efficient at all.

Delivery is on aurora st. Vert tight place!! Quick unloading. Nice workers!
