Customer Service is the key to a successful transaction. My experience with Area Enclosures began on an incredibly strong note. My initial call to schedule a consultation was with a gentleman I believe was named George, and he was exceptionally kind, personable, and professional. His customer service was so impressive that I ended up asking for more services than I originally planned. I thought, *This is the kind of company I want to do business with.* He arrived on time, provided great insight, and let us know to expect an estimate in the coming days. Note, my first and priority item was the backyard fence, but because of his kindness and professionalism, I requested an additional quote for the front yard fence as well. Did a job for me last time so I hired them again.. wrong decision. In the beginning, all went well, they came for measurements and I sent them the deposit. After the permit was issued, they ghosted me. No scheduled date two weeks after the permit was issued. I had to contact them multiple times; however, when I finally spoke with the owner, he had no idea about the job and was extreme inattentive and rude on the phone. Still no scheduled date of work. I withdrew my deposit and will go with another company. The previous staff was polite and really on top of the job but it has changed, unfortunately.

The installation was completed efficiently (two of the hottest days in July) and with great respect for the property. We had a semi-private fence with lattice top and 2 4' gates installed on our property. We had received another quote that was less but upon investigation felt Area Enclosures was a better choice. George and Britt were great and walked us thru what we needed to do. We were indecisive at first about what we wanted and they allowed us to take our time to make a decision. We also had a gate installed across our front porch which looks great. Elmer and Alex were fantastic doing the installation. Everyone is polite, courteous, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done by professional and friendly people.
