This place is awesome and has a wide variety of tile and flooring options. I worked with Kara who was amazing and very knowledgeable. I'm having a house built and I had many questions and she answered them all and I made several changes and she handled everything quickly and perfectly. I got my flooring in quickly, actually early and I am very pleased! They also have a list of contractors if you need one, I hired Becker Property Innovations who did a fantastic job! I highly recommend you check them out, quality products at a good price!! Kara is just awesome and will make sure everything is right and she's so knowledgeable!!

Hudson was very helpful finding tiles, looking up prices and specifications. It's nice that the store has everything displayed in a compact area, rather than a giant warehouse.

I went into Area Floors LO showroom on a Saturday morning. I had no idea what was what, in the world of tile. Luckily Kara was working that day and was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She pulled sample boards, ordered samples, contacted companies to answer questions, and coordinated with our contractor when needed. I visited other tile stores, but never remotely experienced this kind of service. We are doing a whole bathroom remodel, with tiled floors, trim, and bath surround. Trying to choose and coordinate tiles is not easy. Even when I felt exhausted and a bit overwhelmed, Kara was always gracious and helpful. She even offered to stay late when we were up against a deadline. Amazing service! I knew I would order all of our tiles from Area Floors with the service I received

Area Floors not only came to my rescue on a high end project with some crazy custom needs; they have Kara whose product knowledge, dedication to her clients, follow up on timelines, constant communication with vendors/supplier, as one of their super star sale representatives. Kara is professional and personally and truly wants your projects to succeed. As a custom home builder this is exactly the type of person you want in your corner to make all your clients wildest desires come true with finishes.
