Area Rug Cleaners Brooklyn

Seamless pick up and delivery but rug was returned to me still damp. As it was delivered rolled up and covered in plastic when I unrolled it it smelled musty like a wet dog. It's been a few days laid flat and the smell still hasn't come out. Update: When I called them to alert them of the issue the receptionist was incredibly rude, full on yelling at me I kid you not! Then told me there was no way they're taking it back. I've since thrown out the rug. Lesson learned.

I was referred to Area Rug Cleaners Brooklyn by a friend who said they are the best upholstery and carpet cleaning service. The cleaned my sofa, mattress and runner. They did a great job. I will call and refer them as well.

Very professional, on time (early in fact) and sincere about their work. Did a good job with general cleaning of old sofas and carpets. I would go back to them again for more cleaning.
