The company was very professional, very accommodating, and did great site cleanup. I had steel straps installed on garage footing, having to work in late December 2023 on a terrible windy cold day. Andrew and his crew did a great job installing the drain tiles in my basement. This spring, my new sump pump shoots all the excess water away from my house, which used to leak in through the cracks of my 1910 house.. My basement is definitely healthier now because of this… this company was definitely more reasonably priced than the other companies I talked to in the area.. I will use them again for future basement upgrades.

I would not recommend Area Waterproofing for anything. Very disappointed how work turned out. Our basement flooded through a wall they put up and through a large Crack that was supposed to be fixed but wasn't. I was told someone would call to schedule a day to come and fix but never got a call and now they are gone for a week. Our main problem we called them for was not fixed. A big Crack in the basement wall which is still there. Our big beautiful tree was cut down when they told us it would not be. We are still waiting for replacement tree and work to be completed and fixed. Not happy with overall experience and lack of communication. Felt we were low priority and not respected. They have not followed through on their word.

They did work for us last year and we were VERY happy with the work. Egress window and crack repaired last year. We had another situation this year and they were great once again. This year they gave us a few options, which was very much appreciated. I hope we don’t need their expertise again, but they are definitely our go to for foundation issues.

Great job. Covered ground with plywood to protect grass. Clean up after the work was done. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Reasonable pricing. Recommend them anytime. Bill
