Pete the owner and another member came out to inspect two septic tanks. They only called in one to be pumped so they couldn't inspect. I called in the second to be pumped and paid for two pumps vs one if it was done right the first time. They didn't come back to inspect. They sent out an invoice several months later for an inspection and pumping two tanks. They never inspected and I paid for both tanks to be pumped. It cost me double to pump twice and no inspection in the end. Over the last year they have send out the same invoiceover and over. I call, email and text every time and they keep saying they will eliminate it. I would not recommend them.

We hired Kascade plumbing to rough in a home we were renovating in Appleton. The estimate for the rough in was $6000.00. This was supposed to include the hook up of our fixtures that we purchased our selves. We paid half up front and then received a bill after the rough in before the hook up was even completed for an additional $11,000.00+ dollars. It was horrible! So, now we are heading to court over this! Non responsive when you call and the owner Pete has no idea what he is even talking about when you do finally get to speak to him.

I had a clogged drain that needed snaking. Plumber was professional and drain was unclogged but took them 3 months to bill me and bill was exceptionally expensive. Tried to contact management for 3 months by phone, letter and e-mail and they could not be bothered to respond. When I finally reached the owner he was arrogant and unwilling to compromise on time that was over billed. Bottom line they charged me 2 1/2 hours labor for something that took an hour. Beware of high repair costs and bad management skills.

Bought a house in Apr. - part of the terms was the seller had to install and pay for a new septic system. This company was hired for the job, gave an estimate, and a down payment was paid (around $4k) before the house hit the market in early spring. They never showed, never contacted me. I called several times when I did get someone, they didn't know anything specific about the job or septics, they insisted that the person in charge would call me back the next day. They never did. After about the 3rd phone call, they just stopped picking up. After getting in contact with my mortgage guy, and in turn contacted the seller and my realtor (please check my other reviews of them), we gave some additional time. Still no contact. We are at the point where we got a different company coming

Get a quote in writing. Quoted $850-$950 for a water heater install, got a bill for $1300, with no call prior to starting work to let me know the higher price. The water heater they installed is too large for the space it is in, they crammed it in between the well pressure tank and water softener and it's pushing on both. Called numerous times to try to pay my bill and no one ever answers the phone. Poor customer service and poor business practice. Will not use again, do not recommend.
