I highly recommend Hector for any drainage or gutter work! He recently installed a new underground downspout extension for me and did an incredible job. He was professional, used high-quality solid piping, and even tunneled under my walkway to keep the aesthetic of the yard clean. He installed a pop-up emitter with a proper gravel base to ensure everything drains perfectly. I’m very impressed with his attention to detail and how neat he left the workspace. Five stars!

I did a lot of comparison shopping and trying to find the best price for encapsulation or a slab for my crawl space. They made the price of a slab a no brainer and work was done efficiently, on time, and exceeded my expectations. Hector and team cleaned up after and made sure I was informed about the process. They also filled in some leaking cracks. Thousands cheaper than competitors and their results were far better than what competitors offered. I originally met with Adam who quoted me fairly, never pressured and answered my questions along the way with the project. This made clear to me they were willing to earn my business but not force a signature on the spot or pressure me. I’d use them again in the future and will for sure get quotes for other projects. We recently moved into a new home with an unfinished basement that we are planning to finish. We found multiple cracks in the walls so we had Area Wide come out to inspect it. We used them in a previous home and never had any problems. They found over 20 cracks! Hector and his partner came out and fixed all of the cracks in a day! They were awesome. Thank you so much!

Hector did an outstanding job replacing the outdoor drainage for my sump pump. Excellent work, done in a timely manner, works great and he even took the time to clean up the area and replace the grass. I'll be using them again.

Recently moved into a new home and identified a leak where the sewer line exits the house through the foundation wall in the basement. Hector came out and identified a 6” crack at the location.
