We have used Climate Control for many years. They have serviced my Mom for over 20 years. They are honest, explain everything and both their technicians and office are A+. Paul helped us out today and always gives us superb service. Megan and Alexis in the office are very accommodating, professional and pleasant. We look forward to many more years of service. We use them for cleaning/maintenance and tuneups for the spring and fall. The price is extremely affordable.

Climate Control Systems just installed a ductless heating and cooling system for our garage. The install crew was courteous, cleaned up after the job was done, and showed expertise in troubleshooting installation for our unique space and what power sources we had. They listened to our ideas and suggestions, and made common sense recommendations. After the installation was complete, Pat summarized the work that had been done and the special considerations they took to make sure we were satisfied. They really listened to what we were looking for. They made sure we knew how to use the remote, provided us with all the owners manuals, and knew how to maintain the filters. We look forward to a temperature controlled garage and work space this summer!

Climate Control is a fantastic company. Since I began using them six years ago, they have consistently provided outstanding service. My furnace and air conditioner both work flawlessly, and are in what appears to be mint condition. Climate Control Systems came out to give a quote on a new furnace after another company told us our heat exchanger was bad. The first company wanted to sell us a new exchanger or a new furnace. After looking at the furnace Gary (who was very nice) said it was not our heat exchanger it was another part that was an inexpensive fix. So nice to see an honest company and saved us a lot of money! I will be calling on them for all of our HVAC needs.
