I strongly advise using a different company for any maintenance or property management needs. As a renter, I experienced significant issues regarding a dishwasher repair. A technician was dispatched to my home twice. Prior to the first visit, I had already drained and cleaned the dishwasher because it was not draining properly. After inspecting the unit, the technician stated he did not see any issues and advised me to call back if the problem persisted. When the dishwasher continued not to drain, I contacted the company again and was informed that a part needed to be ordered. During the second visit, however, no part was replaced. The technician indicated the dishwasher was functioning but that the detergent tab was not opening properly and suggested the issue might be something else. T

Was able to get a tech to my home within 12 hours of reaching out. The tech (Moussa) was great and fixed everything the same day. Will definitely reach out for future needs.

Repairmen were great. They came out and figured out my washing machine motor was bad and fixed it the very next day. Pricing was reasonable, and the fee to diagnose the problem was applied to the fee to fix the machine. 90 day warranty. Happy to have my washing machine up and running again so quickly!!!
