He diagnosed the problem with our heater immediately and fixed it perfectly in under 30 minutes. My initial conversation was with Karla who was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in addressing my concerns regarding the work being sought. Salvation Home Service replaced my water heater earlier this year. I bought my own water heater on sale at Home Depot and they were one of the only places I called that would install a customer provided water heater.
