Argos

The Argos cement truck went off the side of the road causing it to shake and throw rocks and debris all over my vehicle cracking my windshield denting the hood and roof of the car. When I passed the driver later rather than looking out the window he was looking down into his lap. I have contacted the company and they say it was due to road hazard and not their fault by last time I checked if a vehicle leaves the road then it isn’t a road hazard it’s a distracted driver and failure to maintain their lane and then should be held accountable for the damages they have caused. When I went to the office to fill out the complaint I was told to do they laughed and made fun of the car I drive. Then they never filed the complaint and threw it away I guess as when I called cooperates a week or 2 late

If you can stay away from Argos... I ordered 1.5 yards which Demetrius told me according to my dimensions is what I needed. A week later... to confirm the order (2 days) before the delivery he told me the minimum would be 2 yards. An hour before the delivery I call to confirm the 10am delivery I was told there was no order for me and the minimum would be 3 yards for delivery and it could not be delivered until next week.

I can’t say enough about James and Jason. These two truly went above and beyond for me when no other plant would. Thank you so much for delivering just like you said you would! Highly recommend this plant for your concrete!

Bad costumer service looks the lady on the phone don't like calls late 2 hrs after the time was set
