My brother parked in the lot while we were staying at the hotel across the street. I valeted because of the reviews here, but… about an hour after my brother left, we were still in town, he called and said he left his hat and sunglasses on top of the car and thought perhaps they might be in the lot…I didn’t have a lot of hope, but walked over to check. Went to the second floor, didn’t see them. Decided to walk down the ramp the way he would have driven out… and what did I find? Sitting on the concrete pole outside the office?? His hat and sunglasses. I’m sure it was a security guard, so a big thank you to whomever was working 10/17 and found his items. He was very thankful…

This garage was NOT attended between 5/20/23-5/22/23 when the back seat passenger window of my 15 day old Nissan Rogue was smashed in and the car rifled through. To top it all off, I had to pay $15 to get out because the vandal took my ticket and the attendant, who was very nice and tried to help as much as possible, couldn't open the gate without payment. I had to drive 6 hours with a busted window yesterday to get home. Would not recommend. Let the AC Hotel charge you double the amount and do valet.

If I could give this a zero I would. No security, and the alleged cameras are convientley being "upgraded", so when someone slashed open my convertible top and ripped apart my car door, no footage was captured. Mind you I was only on the 2nd floor, right by the elevators and right by a camera. The garage will do nothing. So if you are staying at the AC Hotel, DON'T PARK HERE. If you are doing anything in the Central West End - DON'T PARK HERE. They could care less about your car. I am out my deductible and completely violated and they do NOT care.

A conveniently located parking garage in the heart of The Central West End. It is surrounded by many restaurants, hotels, shopping, and entertainment. The parking garage has an attendant on-site 24/7 and is well lit. The garage is very crowded due to its location. Therefore, there is a lot of trash and cleanness issues. The best part of the garage is the price. It's hard to beat $1 an hour!

Security? Not really. I watched as a man walked between cars pulling their door handles and crouching behind where the license plates are. I followed him out and then went to the office by the entrance and found nobody there. $7 to park all day is cheep so you get what you pay for. Put a cover over your license plate and hide your valuables.
