Chris gave me stellar service in resolving the issue with my washing machine and microwave. He assessed the problem and quickly came up with the solution. My washer is working again and I was happy he thought it better if he got the part and then returned to do the install, the same day! He wanted 1/2 of the cost first and ran. Took him to small claims court and won. Then contacted the ROC . Took almost a yr to get back the money.
