I had a great experience with Angela while scheduling a service. She was helpful and made the entire dispatch process smooth and stress free. Angela listened carefully to my issue, asked the right questions, and quickly arranged for a technician to come out to my home. She kept me informed about the timing and made sure everything was handled promptly. Her professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude truly stood out. Our home warranty referred this company. They called and were very nice on the phone and scheduled an appointment with a four hour window. Taking the time off I waited the four and a half hours and no one showed up. I called and they offered to reschedule the next day. I asked if I could get a specific time as not to waste another four hours of my time. The office said they were unable to accommodate that even though they wasted my day.My advice is find another company. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

I had a great experience with Arid Valley Plumbing when my water heater went out. Dustin worked me into his busy day and came to assess, diagnose, and report back to my home warranty company. He was kind, listened to me, explained everything he was doing, and what would happen next. He's a great asset to AVP! After 11 days without hot water due to issues with the water damage mitigation company, I called the Arid office in tears and asked if they could help me. Shawn came out that same day and hooked up the new water heater. He was also knowledgeable and personable and, besides giving me hot water, for which I was truly grateful, he answered my questions about why there was so much water damage and he also made sure I knew how to take care of the water heater to help it last longer.
