Arik Remodeling and Renovations

I will be brief: Arik and his team were the best! They came on time every day, worked very hard and with quality, finished exactly in the time frame proposed (a first in my experience), and cleaned up every day. The proposal was very fair and their work was impeccable. No shortcuts. But more than all the above, Arik made great recommendations and provided consultation that made the project even better. His integrity was outstanding and his approach was as if he was doing the work for his own family. He was always respectful. I could not recommend his work more highly. I am only afraid that this recommendation might make him too busy for further work I may need.

We LOVE Arik and his team!! Arik just finished a renovation of our primary bathroom. He did it exactly the way we wanted by replacing the big, old jacuzzi tub with a beautiful, tiled walk-in-shower, new floor, and re-positioning the toilet to a better place. We wanted to keep our double sink vanity/cabinet and the big mirrors, but refreshed them with a good paint job. We love how it looks and works!! Arik and his team are very professional, competent and were a true pleasure to have in our house every day. They arrived on time, were always polite, answered all of our questions, made sure our sleeping area in the bedroom was protected from all the construction dust, cleaned up each evening before they left. Arik and his team recently remodeled our bathroom, and we are so pleased with the experience and the results. Arik was a great communicator and always arrived when he said he would. He stuck with the budget and completed the work within the expected timeframe, which was very important to us as it is our only bathroom. Arik and his team (shout out to Rodrigo) did high quality work, and were kind and flexible through the whole process. We love our new bathroom! Can't wait to work with Arik on future projects! We worked with Arik and his team on a combined dining room and kitchen renovation. Please see attached pre/post photos. Overall, Arik did great work and the kitchen is beautiful! He had anticipated the project would be completed in 3-4 weeks, which it was on his end! The only delay was due to cabinets not getting in on time. Arik and his team were on time, extremely clean with demolition, and responsive. The kitchen is as we hoped it would be and turned out beautifully. We did have frustration with some of the finishing work. One of the new walls has a curve in it where a window was removed, and the plaster work and paint on the peninsula is uneven despite this being a new wall/construction. Arik and his team are top notch. We have done two bathroom remodel projects with him in two separate homes, and both remodels exceeded our expectations with the quality work and on time schedule. Arik has extensive experience in contracting which comes through in his assessments and recommendations. With all of projects that Arik takes on, he is creative to help with the design and placement and works collaboratively with the client. He has great communication along the way so we know what to expect. He is very honest, fair, and goes over and beyond, which has built our trust. The work is solid, with clean installation/tile work. The job site is also kept clean with care taken to ensure there is minimal disruption. We will continue to work with Arik in the future.
