Arizona Pool Guy was amazing! Our pool was not cooling down during the Arizona heat. Arizona Pool Guy quickly came over and fixed our pump and the pop ups! Our technician was so nice and price was very reasonable. We have used this company for over 5 years and they always show up on time and are very friendly.

I can’t say enough good things about Arizona Pool Guy. Our hot tub was a total mess and Ben came out right away and had it working in no time. Not to mention the rate was the lowest I found. From the office staff to pricing and the technician this was one of the best experiences! 5 out of 5 recommend!!

There is only one word to describe our experience with the AZ Pool Guy team! INCREDIBLE!!! A warm thank you to Gary who worked tirelessly to ensure our Pool resurface quote was accurate and at go time, that everything was scheduled and executed with perfection. It is a daunting task to entrust a company to do such a large-scale project. The anxiety and anticipation can be overwhelming, but AZ Pool Guy took all of that away with their professionalism, amazing and talented crew and perfect schedule. Every time a new crew came to the house to do work, when they left, it was as if they were never here. Not a spec of dirt or dust or debris! Every task went off with perfection and on schedule. The end result was a 30-year-old pool with a beautiful face list! I can't thank this company

Missed the original appointment date, did not let me know until i reached out to them and showed up the day after. When the tech got here, he did not knock or let me know they were here so I couldn't even explain the situation. I asked about a new deck and did not receive a quote or a response. They did not tell me there was a $75 service fee before they came, they assessed what was very obviously wrong with the pool and again didnt even knock or text to let me know they were here so I could tell them what services I wanted done to the pool. I had 4 other companies come and give me estimates. None of them charged me, all of them showed up when they said they would, all of them let me know when they got here so I could explain the situation. They did a complete pool remodel and new pump. Started with Bud who did a great job and was able to answer all questions and provided additional information to consider. Project Managers Kevin and Tucker were also awesome and very helpful. Polly in the office was also great. They all provided great customer service. The actual workers were very considerate of our yard and bushes surrounding the pool. The work done looks absolutely beautiful and I would not hesitate to call them if I ever have another pool to remodel. I have no complaints whatsoever with the entire process.
