Arizona Restoration Pros

I had a water heater blow out and flood. My plumber recommended AZ Restoration to fix the damage. *Eddie* managed the recovery team. He is excellent at explaining the process and the financial options. He also carefully supervised and advised the team he brought. He is exceptional at his job! (Now I have another excellent AZ Restoration Rebuild Mgr, Paul, to restore the walls, floors, carpets and beyond.)

Arizona Restoration Pros came out to fix some old water damage in my heater box. Their price was very competitive, and they were able to start the next day. Their price crew was friendly and easy to work with. They kept me up to date with how the job was going and all changes as the job progressed. I would recommend them.

Working with this company has been extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend anyone use them. On July 3, a monsoon storm caused damage to my property, which resulted in water leaking through the roof. Arizona Restoration Pros did good work with the mitigation, and they were able to come out on a holiday and get the fans put in to dry the water damage. The workers were professional, however, they did a poor job taping up plastic barriers, which caused damage to my paint in my kitchen. The employee who put up the plastic told me he didn’t have the proper materials for the plastic barrier because it was a holiday and he assured me the company would fix the damage they caused to the paint. Approximately two weeks passed before I heard from the restoration manager, who did come out to

Arizona Restoration did a great job removing our water damaged kitchen wall and the lower cabinets along this wall. They safely removed one granite countertop and floated another as well as removing tile backsplash. They mitigated the mold problem and have left the kitchen area clean. They constructed a confinement structure with ventilation to protect our house from mold dispersal. Eddie, Zach were very thorough and skilled in their work and also very good to work with. Their supervisor Miguel was also good to work with. I highly recommend their work.

From my first phone call to the final walk through it has been a pleasure working with, Elias, Miguel and Paul. Communication and correspondence were professional and timely.
