They were here for two days until they solved the problem Tony and Gary were absolutely amazing. Professional, considerate of property and pinpointed the problem on the second day. If I could leave O Stars I would. 1 Positive they were prompt. Two crappy items. I was quoted $ 475.00 over the Phone. When they presented Invoice to my Wife an additional $ 200.00 for "Snake/Grease Waste". This Extra Charge did not have prior authorization, just did it. I expect most homeowners do not have the knowledge to know this is a rip-off. My wife paid Cash not knowing this was wrong and did not have prior authorization. I immediately called the office and was promised this would be looked into and rectified, and of course not one word back. I am a Civil Engineer that has been designing Septic Systems for over 30 years and realize this was simply fraud. Out of all the septic services in the area roadrunner was the only one able to get to me quickly in the emergency I was having. They provided great service, found my lid and dug everything up and took care of everything. Special thank you to Tammy and Gary, they worked hard and are amazing at there job!!

I set up an appointment time with Teresa, very nice lady. I appreciate their professional, fast service, and competitive pricing. Jeremy and Richard were right on time, very friendly, and informed me of any potential future issues during septic tank pumping. System was emptied and good to go after. I will definitely use and recommend these guys in the future.
