I said I wasn't going to write a review because I didn't want to hurt this business but after all the lies and the amount of time it took to finish our roof I hope I can help some other senior citizen veterans by sharing my experience with this company. The owner Earl was always respectful and just came across as a nice guy and that's the main reason we chose him even though his estimate was the highest of the 3 we got by $4,000. We finally agreed on $14,000 and he still up charged us $1,500 at the end claiming his cost of extra wood was $2,500. The job was only supposed to take 3 days but it took them 17 days in total. Arizona Roofbusters was the first company to come out and give me an estimate for a new roof. They “set the bar,“ and nobody else came close to anything but their pricing. I had several of the “big boys“ in town come out and, quite frankly, all they tried to do was take a LOT of my money. When shingles started flying off of our roof one week before we left for an extended vacation, we gave Arizona Roof Busters a call and we couldn’t be happier that we did. I don't write reviews too often, but in the case of Roof Busters I had to take a moment to do so. From start to finish, Joe and his team were amazing. From the detailed quote to the final walk through, amazing attention to detail. I have dogs, so nails and roofing material was a concern. Not only was the yard spotless every day, they left my house nicer than the found it at jobs end.
