We had a fantastic experience with Arizona Stairs from start to finish. Mark was our point person throughout the entire process, from the initial meeting through completion, and he was excellent to work with. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and he made the entire process feel easy and straightforward. The stairs turned out absolutely amazing and are a perfect complement to our remodel. The craftsmanship truly shows, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Their pricing was also very reasonable and came in lower than every other bid we received. I recently hired Arizona Stairs for a custom railing project (new newel posts, balusters, railing etc). We agreed on a design and price and proceeded to the install. Once the install was complete I looked over the craftsmanship and immediately was disappointed…where the railings attached to the wall there were gaps…some bigger than others. The shoe trim and railings in some places abutted each other nicely, in others there were gaps..basically poor cuts that didn’t line up. The caps on the newel posts were attached crooked…not great work…especially for an expensive custom job. I had the salesman M.R. come and look it over and he agreed it was not good enough.
