We found a water leak in our hallway bath on a Friday. My husband called ATHR on Saturday based on a referral from our neighbor who was having work done. Noah called back that day and an appointment was set up to come out Monday. Remediation was set in motion after this water leak. Cameron and Spencer were so great to work with and Noah was so responsive with questions we had. We are considering our next steps as to new or reconstruction and have spoken with Jackson. Highly recommended. Adams Disaster & Restoration will be my Go-To moving forward. I wish I had known about them years ago. Would have saved me a lot of time, money and frustration. I worked with Jacob and he was great to work with. I had a plumbing leak and was concerned about mold and insulation falling downstairs. Jacob was at my house within 20 minutes and had the problem identified and fixed with 90 minutes. His cost was more than fair, especially considering the only way to access plumbing was to open the 9’ tall ceiling, over a pool table and replace the pipe. Jacob provided valuable insight to other problems that will need additional work. I will be using Jacob to restore my bathroom from the water damage.
