Chandler, Jason, Chase, and Ronnie did amazing work for us! Our water tank burst and flooded into our house. Called Chandler at 5am and he was there within 30 minutes. His guys showed up shortly after and had the drying process under way immediately. Communication and follow up were top notch. Repairs were done expertly and they did a great job on the upgrade to a tankless water heater for us. ****UPDATE **** Even though we were ready to move on, Chandler reached out several times to make things right. He was a man of his word and addressed all of our concerns. I understand it was a small project on their end, but it was huge on ours as it had been ongoing since December because of pipe issues and cabinets on special order. Neither of which were the fault of AZ Water Extractors, but the length of time coupled with the stress of having a special needs child, frustration levels were rising. Bottom line is we are now satisfied with the end result and wish Chandler and his team continued success with his business! We had a great experience with Arizona Water Extractors. While on vacation our water heater sprung a leak and flooded our garage wall as well as our closet. They came out immediately, replaced the water heater, and set up all kind of really cool equipment. They got the water out of all the places so we could get our home back together. They were professional and courteous and prompt. I would highly recommend them.
