EDIT...I had a change to speak with AZ Weed King and they corrected all the issues and took care of my yard. They acted professionally and hope to keep our relationship going. END EDIT AZ Weed King was recommend by my tree service, I expected a professional service. I had to contact them for verification of time, got a message that the applicator went home sick. No problem, when can they come out. Set it up for Friday, great. No communications from them AGAIN. I sent them a text on time of arrival, 2:00... Waited until 3:30.. NO SHOW. NO CALL. I sent them a text letting them I wouldn't need their services, their reply...Thank you. Understood.

When I first contacted them, they were responsive, friendly and professional. I sent them photos of my yard. They told me what they could do, how much it would cost, and how to prepare my yard. I prepared my yard and set the appointment. Imagine my surprise on the day of the appointment when the tech was a no call, no show. Even after I called the company twice, I never heard back from them.
