I had a problem with my sliding glass windows from a different company and Augustin/Augie came out to check it out. He really proved his expertise, integrity and good will. He knew exactly the brand and the problem with them and he actually fixed them for me on the spot! AZ Wholesale Windows/Doors is quite literally the last place I’d ever allow anyone I know to go for window/door install. Having botched a job so bad the front door was uncloseable without slamming shut by force, it’s astounding to see what this org considered a “completed job.” With years of experience in the hardware store industry, I can promise I’ve never seen anything as egregious as this company’s installation of a $7K main entrance door. Further, the owner became abusive when asked to fix it, alongside his wife who stepped in and put insult to injury. A 250+ lb door is now off axis, installed incorrectly due to laziness, all due to an inability for management to get proper manpower on hand to do the job correctly.
