We have used ARK to extensively renovate almost every part of our house - both interior and exterior - over the past 15 years. Under Kevin Fitzgerald and his staff the work has been unfailingly first class, on budget, beautifully done and in a very timely manner. The scope of professionalism doesn't end when the job itself is complete as Kevin doesn't forget his clients and can be counted on as an adviser and extremely knowledgeable source of any type of info that a homeowner would need. We have depended on him for his expertise in providing solid references for vendors that were necessary for emergency repairs and additional projects needed around the house. I was first recommended to ARK by a friend. I spoke to Kevin Fitzgerald the owner who was very knowledgeable. I explained the scope of work I needed and he set an appointment to visit my job site. Where do I begin? Approximately 20 years ago a client of mine purchased appliances for a home in East Hampton. (I own a retail kitchen appliance business.) She gave me her contractor's number to coordinate delivery. That contractor was Kevin and his company ARK Construction. We already did business with many East End contractors and still do today.
