I reached out to Alex, the owner on a Wednesday, he was responsive and true to his word, by noon that very Friday, my new ceiling fan and electric outlets were installed and he left things as near and tidy as he found them. He is a licensed certified electrician and for me no matter how big or small the job, when it comes to electrical work it’s the only way to go. His pricing was more than fair and worth every cent. Alex and Kevin showed up to my home to fix a breaker. They were both extremely perfessional and down to earth. They showed up a few minutes late but texted me that they where on there way and should be there shortly. They explained what needed to be done and made sure everything was working, they even programmed my lights. It is rare to find a company that is honest, hardworking and competent. However look no further because that’s what Alex and his team are. Add to that professional, punctual and reasonable. Alex came diagnosed and fixed my issue quickly. Even found out the person who previously wired my lightswitch did it wrong and he fixed that as well. I recommend Ark Electric 1000%. Alex was recommended by a family member for some trouble shooting. I texted him on a Sunday, he responded right away which I wasn't expecting. He then had his tech Kevin come out the next day. Kevin arrived on time, was super knowledgeable, and he communicated with us during the whole process.
