My family and I are the rare few who still have well water. We always used Casola but never again. After calling them many times for someone to come to my house because my water would go out and not come back on for about 10 minutes, which is aggravating when trying to shower, Casola said they don’t come our way and if they do they’ll call us. Well they didn’t and when we called them we got the same answer or went to voicemail. Casola also wanted to charge $299 just to come to my house and look at my pump. After two months or more we found this wonderful father and son duo who came to my house the next day after calling them. They even knew what the problem was over the phone. When this duo fixed our problem they let us know there was things Casola didn’t do correctly yet I paid them enoug

My well water is back—thanks to Dave Millie of Long Island Welldrillers in Coram, NY! Woke up this morning to NO water for the first time in 27 years. Couldn’t reach my usual well guy, so I called Dave. He called back immediately, walked me through the fix step-by-step —just a genuinely kind, amazing human. I am so thankful for Dave and Steve who visited our home today. We had an issue with pressure on the house, after having our well tended to by another company in January. We didn’t have a great experience with the other company, and I had spoken to Dave at that time too briefly. Dave is kind and very thorough. He checked our well; the pump, tank and electrical. When all was good, he knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it right away. I really appreciate such an honest business that is available even on a Sunday. We had water and I still felt prioritized. If I could leave more ⭐️ I would. Highly recommend.

I live in East Hampton and am having a problem with my well. I called Casola for a service call. I had to pay $200 in advance of the visit. They sent a technician out who told me it could be a number of problems but wasn't sure what. I called Long Island well Drillers today and spoke to Dave. He told me they no longer service East Hampton due to traffic. He asked me some questions about the problem and diagnosed it over the phone. I offered to pay him for the consult but he refused. In this day and age, it is rare, if not impossible to find service and willingness to offer help so graciously. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing their services. J.A.

I called Dave early this morning due to what I thought was a well water pressure tank leak. He returned my call quickly, answered a few questions, and concluded that it probably wasn't related to my well — but he still came by free of charge to check it out and confirm in person. It turned out that he couldn't service it since it was related to my city water line rather than my well, but he was able to identify the problem for me so I could better communicate with a plumber. I so appreciated his time and knowledge.
