My Dishwasher had leaked and been leaking for quite some time and went unnoticed by me until the floor started to cave in. When I called Ark Restoration out they diagnosed all of the issues and walked me through what everything meant, what the steps We’re going to look like, time frame, expectations, and took care of me every step of the way. Kevin was Incredible. Thorough and meticulous. Arrived on time and did what he said he was going to do and did it quickly. The entire floor subfloor and joist had to come out. Half my main floor was destroyed and they made it look like it never happened. Honestly the whole home feels upgraded. After days of water problems from a faulty pipe, we had wet carpet and padding. The men came out and within a short time they had everything pulled up, part of the wall as well. They put their machines in to dry everything out for us. They even took the things that were pulled up with them. They came in did the work and left. They were very friendly and good at showing us what needed to be done. I will definitely be referring others to them. Thank you to everyone involved.

At the end of July, I discovered our laundry room baseboard was turning brown. I immediately called ARK Restoration & they had someone out to assess the area. Turns out our refrigerator had been leaking, for who knows how long … Within days they had a mitigation team out demoing the mold that resulted in said leak. After a few months and battle with insurance, ARK & their contractors far exceeded our expectations with repairing everything ruined in the process. We practically have a brand new kitchen/house & couldn’t be happier! If you’re ever in need of a restoration team due to water, fire or mold - definitely contact them. 💗🏡

The staff were all pleasant to work with, but ultimately we are not happy with the final results. A year after our restoration, I look around and am reminded of the sub-par work. We had flooding in our upstairs area and had the carpet pulled up and dried out and re-installed- not a super complicated job. The project manager came and explained the job and that the workers would move any furniture they needed to in order to get the carpet up. When the job was done, the carpet was not seamless at the threshold and the guys said that they didn't stretch the carpet because there was furniture in the room. They said they could send someone to try and blend the carpet, and we waited a week for him to come, did that and ultimately just wanted this project to be over. I still see the seams to two r
