Great people to have work on my home. Wish I had pictures of the damage, but can’t find them. JUST BAD MEMORIES ANYWAYS! They did fantastic work. Same day, as I filed, they had dehumidifiers and hepafiltered fans drying/filtering the mold. I walked downstairs here and there and you can tell the attention to detail they put into their work. Guy was eyeballing and lining that trim just right and appreciate the heck out of that! They moved all the furniture back to the way it was before and THEY EVEN DID MY DISHES!! THE FREAKIN’ DISHES MAN!! 🤯😱 These guys do it all and Duane, the main dude you’ll be talkin’ to, is down to Earth and treats customers right. Would use them again!

Renter called to inform me the hot water heater was leaking. I was out of town at the time and the first place that came to mind was Arkansas Restoration. I called Justin and he had a crew over immediately to start the mitigation process. They were very responsive and professional. Mold starts to happen fast so it’s nice to deal with a company that understands urgency in the matter. Communication was great all the way through. I provided them with a claim number and everything else from there on was handled between my insurance company and them. It was nice to not be in the middle of all of it.

We had an amazing experience with Arkansas Restoration. Our air conditioning unit left a huge water mess that was overwhelming. They were super friendly, reassuring me that they were on it and would be with us the entire process. They were. They didn’t mind the children and answered the questions they had. They were super friendly with our beagle and gave her lots of loves- to her excitement. If I ever need water, fire, or smoke damage taken care of again- they will be my first call!!! Great, friendly, and professional group of people

Flooding from our hot water heater around the holidays, they were quick to respond and get the water out. Very responsive and communicative with us while dealing with insurance. Came in quick and did a great job on our floors and made sure it was done properly! Highly recommend

I had water damage and mold. Al and his crew pulled back the carpet & pad and dried the slab and replaced the pad with new. They replaced drywall that had mold on it. They treated all the ductwork and the heat & air unit. The price they quoted was firm, without them knowing whether it was black mold or not. The mold test proved I had the friendly type mold that comes from outside and wasn't dangerous. They dried everything out and did the repairs in only 3 days. I was expecting it to take a week. For the work they did I felt the price was fair. The peace of mind of knowing the work was done by professionals made the price worth it. I'd definitely recommend them. Dianne Blaine
