Todd knows his stuff, has the right tools, and is very helpful with suggestions for fireplace maintenance. Todd and his office were excellent communicators in setting up the visit. Finally, pricing is quite reasonable. I am very pleased.

Very disappointed in this company. We have been clients with them for a very long time. Today they came out and the gentleman who came out was extremely rude and very disrespectful. Told us we weren't up to code, yet they sent a guy out last year and told us our chimney wasn't dirty enough to be clean. They didn't call us when they were on there way, just showed up. I am highly upset with how this company handled the situation.

Great service will continue to use them. Very reasonable price to pay for not burning my house down. Thank you
