FOSTER HEATING AND COOLING LLC

I discovered a dead battery on our whole house generator a day before the recent snow storm. Called them and they came out within a few hours to replace it.

Nothing but problems with the equipment we've purchased from them. Heating & air compressor unit blew up after a year. Also purchased a whole house dehumidifier from them. First unit failed after a year, second unit failed after 2 years, third & current unit is lesk8ng water inside our basement and Foster's won't fix it properly. I talked to the owner and he told me to call the dehumidifier company myself and was rude and obnoxious. I've spent several grand with this company and never been treated so poorly. Would not use again.

Awesome service, called them Tuesday morning and ac was back up and working by 1:30 in the afternoon. He found that I had a bad blower relay, and he had the part he needed to fix it on his truck. These guys are great and the price was very reasonable.

Very responsive which is appreciated but being told if "I do not go with a "mini split option" they didn't want the job was not great. Ended up getting another local heat and air company to I still a new heat and air unit the next week with great service.

Fosters was always timely, pleasant, efficient and professional. We used them when building our house, they all were wonderful. We highly recommend.
