Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience at Arko. To start back at the beginning, I had originally contacted them to get carpet installed in 3 rooms of my home. They had called me to set up a time for an individual to come out and measure my area for carpet. The individual who came, showed up 45 minutes late. This was the first downside I saw. After the measurements came in, I had went to the showroom to coordinate with the individual who was setting up my project. His name was Rae, and he was the best part of this whole experience. Very knowledgeable, very patient, and very good at his job throughout the whole project. We had agreed on a carpet, padding, install and price. I reached out to multiple flooring companies and Arko not only had the best prices but also had the quickest response time and answered all of my questions right away. They had a very impressive delivery time - I ordered on the 13th and the flooring was delivered on the 16th! I received delivery updates and two calls on the day of delivery. The delivery driver was great and accommodating. I would recommend Arko and purchase from them again.

Jewel was a "jewel" to work with! My wife and I behave like a comedy team and she wrangled up our scattered choices. Putting them together in a very cohesive look! Can't wait to see the final result!😁

After my previous post, I was contacted by Arko Flooring Operations Sales Manager Dan Messner. He had every intention on making things right after the experience I had, and he absolutely delivered! In just a few days he and his team came out and rectified the problem. I couldn’t be more pleased with all the efforts Dan put forth and assuring I was ultimately satisfied. He did just that! I purchased a significant amount of flooring with this company as I was undergoing a renovation in my new home and the customer service I experienced was poor. I have used Arko for many flooring jobs both commercial and residential. They do great work and get the job done in a timely fashion. I would hands down recommend them for any flooring needs. They are a one stop shop and a pleasure to do business with.
