Very bad service and irresponsible company: We hired this company for a move-out cleaning at 3110 10th St N in Arlington, VA and paid $185 plus tip. The cleaner spent about 3.5 hours at the property, and at the time we assumed the cleaning had been completed thoroughly. However, during our apartment’s official move-out inspection, multiple areas were still found to be dirty, including the washer/dryer area, inside the oven, baseboards, and debris inside cabinets/drawers. We contacted the company and provided photos as well as the contact information for our apartment management office, who could verify the inspection findings.
