We also worked in commercial property mgmt for many years and used Arlun Floors with great results. However, when I called them in April to discuss a job at our home, they clearly wanted nothing to do with me. This is not the same company we remember when Ken Shorter was there. I never even got a call back. We had the opposite experience with O'Briens Carpet One and they are at this moment finishing up our project and doing it beautifully. I will never call Arlun again, or suggest that anyone else should.

James is an excellent field rep. I use him/Arlun quite often. I've had one complaint in 4 years, James resolved it. Never happened again.
