I contacted Frank last week to handle a few projects around the house that needed attention. He fixed a front door that was not closing properly, repaired a folding closet door in the laundry room, and repaired a pocket door in my office. He powerwashed my large deck, and touch-up painted various areas around the house. He came on time, cleaned up nicely, and most importantly gave me a fair price. He is a nice man, his workers are polite and efficient, and I would recommend to all my friends and family.
