I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a driver from Armond Pools. A technician servicing the pool at my workplace blocked my car in with his truck. While I was parked in a designated space, the technician parked in a non-designated space, in a way that prevented me from leaving. This situation became critical when a motor malfunction caused the fire alarms to go off. I urgently needed to move my car for the fire trucks that were on their way, but, due to the technician's inconsiderate parking, I was unable to. This resulted in scratches on my car when I tried to pull out. To make matters worse, the technician was nowhere to be found when the alarms were blaring. We used Armond for the past four years and the service for the pool itself was initially good. Responsiveness was the issue. I made the same request half a dozen times (simply to drain in a different location as it was creating damage) and they would always say they made a note of it and it wouldn't happen again. Then it would happen again...and again. Example of a very simple request repeatedly ignored that ultimately led to damage and then led us to cancel. Tried multiple times speaking to the office to resolve things...a very simple thing to resolve...and got the impression that they just didn't care. I hate seeing once thriving businesses get complacent and start taking their customers for granted. Wish them well and hope they turn things around...

The pool service and communication were awful. They didn’t have any experienced techs and week after week they failed to identify issues. We couldn’t use the pool for most of the summer despite calling repeatedly. We finally changed pool service providers and wish we had sooner. They care nothing about customer service.

We needed a new pool heater. Trevor, tech manager for Armond Pools, came for a site visit. It turned out to be a complicated process involving sizing the heater, possible new venting, and choosing an appropriate vendor. Trevor was terrific! He understood the issues and was able to lead me through to choose the most appropriate unit. I found him to be knowledgeable, respectful, and approachable. The office staff were helpful and friendly. Jill understood that we have four kids and needed that pool now. Bravo to Armond Pool. The heater is working beautifully and the kids are happy.

Driving down 202, I was cutoff by an employee who obviously did not care about my vehicle, let alone the company truck. As I hit the horn to alert her that she pulled right in front of me almost causing an accident, she proceeded to flip me off and yell obscenities from the driver seat. Not sure if this is the type of company you are looking for. Spoke with the company and informed them, the receptionist seemed to care. Not sure what they will do with the information, so here we are to make sure others see the type of employment they have.
