I had a fence replaced a year ago. The wood is not tight and you can see through it. When I mentioned this to Joe, he said that it was fine and that would shrinks. I told him my old fence was over 20 years old and was always tight, he said that’s how fences are and that I was being snarky (we communicated through email). I called him saying I wasn’t being snarky but that I just wasn’t pleased with the way the fence was.. after that the communication was done! I told him I was writing a review ; wood went up so I paid top dollar for this.
Great experience from beginning to end! Competitive pricing, quality workmanship. My pool fence looks great!
Joe is extremely friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and much more. Can’t recommend him enough.
