ARMS Air Conditioning And Heating

We needed our entire HVAC unit replaced but my work schedule is a difficult one to work around. I scheduled 3 quotes from local companies but unfortunately I could not be present for any one of them and the information relayed to me was difficult to understand. Kyle originally spoke to my husband who tried his best to relay all the information to me, but still I had many questions. Kyle then agreed to meet with us on the weekend, and on another occasion very late in the evening to make sure all my questions could be answered. His knowledge and explanation of the repairs needed made me feel completely comfortable doing business with him and the entire ARMS Company! Kyle offered the best deal in town and made himself available to us throughout the entire process (even with my odd hours)! He

We had our entire furnace/AC system replaced. Mike, Luis, and Gabe did the work and went above and beyond the call of duty. Getting the compressor unit to the back was challenging, but they got it there. They also found that the previous system had unresolved issues, but they cleared those up. The new system is much more efficient and quieter than what we had before. So we're happy with it.

I had a great experience with Arms Air Conditioning and Heating. Brian Vargas was my technician and he was excellent—very friendly, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my AC was working perfectly before he left. He did such a great job that I called the company afterward to request that he be my preferred technician for all future visits. Great service all around—highly recommend both Arms Air and Brian!
