I booked Dutchman Plumbing for two separate plumbing tasks because they were a referral. We also come from a veteran family ourselves, so we were expecting a more professional and respectful experience. When the plumber arrived, he told me he could not do one of the tasks. That was frustrating because I would have preferred to know that before the appointment was scheduled so I could have planned accordingly. He also explained that the service had been delayed because he was still waiting on one of the parts and wanted to make sure it was a good quality part and not a cheap one, which I actually appreciated.
